In the atmospheric heart of Roermond lies an extraordinary shopping centre: the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. This shopping destination, known for its exclusive brands and unique atmosphere, approached SESSIBON to help them with a challenging task: creating a content bank that remains relevant for several years. In a rapidly changing retail world, this is no small task. Then it is not surprising that SESSIBON came to mind. After all, known for their expertise in developing fashion content that is timeless and at the same time fresh and relevant.  

Target audiences: Focus on families and ’emptynesters’  
Understanding the target groups was crucial. Designer Outlet Roermond wanted content that reflected both the cosiness of family outings and the serenity of shopping without children. This duality formed the basis for our content strategy, aimed at capturing moments that appeal to both families and emptynesters (families without children or where the children no longer live at home). 

Providing models, styling and project management.  
For this project, SESSIBON not only provided the models but also the styling, directly from the mall’s shops, but also coordinated the use of creative professionals such as photographers and videographers. This collaboration created an authentic, fashionable look that perfectly matched the look of the outlet.

Content creation: From concept to realisation  
When creating the content, the focus was on capturing spontaneous, natural moments that reflect the visitor experience in the outlet. By dressing models neutrally in terms of trend, a timeless atmosphere was created that ensures the content remains relevant for several years.

The end result was a rich and versatile content bank, usable for various marketing purposes. This bank consists of carefully selected photos and videos that capture the diversity and dynamism of the outlet in Roermond.
